No, Unlimited Residential Proxies do not include US IPs. However, we support over 75 countries worldwide. If you’re specifically looking for unlimited proxies that support the US, we recommend our Unlimited Proxies plan, which includes access to a premium US ISP pool with over 50,000 IPs.

Users can set up renewal options in the dashboard based on 25%, 50%, or 75% usage thresholds, or on a specific day of the month (e.g. the 1st or 15th). You can manage your renewal preferences anytime through your dashboard.

We only offer refunds for 1 GB proxy packages, and only if the refund request is submitted within 2 days of purchase. No refunds are issued for larger packages or if the request falls outside the 2-day window.

We do not offer free trials, but we recommend starting with a 1 GB package if you want to test the service. That package is also eligible for a refund within 2 days, if needed.
